Scissor Kicks

Scissor kicks are incredibly effective at blasting that lower belly flab off your body.

To get started just lie on your back with your legs straight and arms by your side and your palms facing down.

Lift your legs to a comfortable position, making sure that your back is firmly on the floor.

If you notice your back is arching you need to lift your legs higher until it no longer arches.

Bring your legs out to a wide “V” and then bring them in while crossing your right foot over the other.

Open them again into a “V” and then bring your left foot over the other.

Repeat while alternating which foot crosses over.

Reverse Crunch

Reverse crunches will work your abdominal muscles hard, resulting in faster results than doing normal crunches.

Lie on the floor with your back flat and your palms facing down.

Bring your knees in towards your chest, then raise your hips off the floor and crunch your knees in with your toes reaching towards the ceiling.

Slowly lower your legs back down into the starting position and repeat.

Remember to use your core muscles to lift your legs and hips up so that you are correctly working your ab muscles.

Leg Raises

For this position, lay flat on your back with your shoulders and head resting on the floor.

Now, lock your knees and straighten your legs.

Place your hands under your butt and point your feet forward.

Slowly raise your legs and bring them up to a 45-degree angle (for beginners) and then bring them back to the basic position.

Surgery is very much a last option and doctors will rarely recommend it when losing fat can be achieved naturally.

With that being said, so you know what’s involved, here are the two types of pubic fat reduction surgery that available:

Liposuction

Most people have heard the word ‘liposuction’ before to describe weight loss surgery, but the specifics are rarely described (or well known).

In liposuction, an incision is made into a region of your body and a suction tube is inserted; fat is then removed through the vacuum.

As with any other cosmetic surgery, liposuction is very expensive with the cost typically ranging between $5,000 and $10,000.

Monsplasty

The second procedure is called monsplasty and is actually a pubic lift. It essentially gets rid of any fat deposit or loose skin around your lower abdomen.

The procedure is also used to tighten inner muscles for a smaller and leaner groin area. 

Usually, this is a follow up to a tummy tuck, but it can be done individually as well.

However, the procedure may cost you anything between $5,500 and $7,500.

By attaching to the tip of your penis and hanging whilst in a standing position, gravity will apply pressure, resulting in a stretch.

I think at this point in time, that before we go down any anecdotal rabbit holes of success stories, it’s important to accept the fact that no clinical trials have actually been carried out on the use of penis hangers.

With that in mind, I do believe that there is validity in making a like-for-like comparison of a similar product category on the market that has been through numerous trials and has been proven to get results.

Additionally, these products have a huge variation in reviews with most of them sitting in the 5-star area or the 1-star area.

This screams out both ‘self-promotion’ and ‘scam’ to me.

However, I’m never one to just go along with the consensus and, as such, I’ve decided to look deeper into the validity of these claims made by these companies to find out what kind of results (if any) they can provide.

Make sure to read the whole article as there is key information at the bottom that will help you make a decision on the best penis enlargement method for your needs.

What Is A Penis Enlargement Cream?

First up, let’s get clear on what a ‘Penis Enlargement Cream/Oil’ is…

Right away, I find the name misleading.

You see, there are two ways of looking at any ‘penis enlargement product’.

They either work:

  1. Permanently, by changing your penis size OR
  2. Temporarily, by inducing an erection

And, it’s absolutely clear from the sales pitches that I’ve seen that many manufacturers of these products like to blur the lines between these distinctions with the aim of misleading men into buying!

So, let’s get clear.

There is no scientific evidence to suggest that by applying a cream or oil to your penis that it can permanently increase your penis size.

Just as with penis enlargement pills, which contain certain vitamins and minerals that can, indeed, increase blood flow to your penis, resulting in a harder erection for longer, there is a chance that creams may be able to do the same.

However, there have been no clinical trials to suggest that the intake of these vitamins through skin absorption will have any benefit over ingestion.

In the circumstance that these creams did have some benefit in increasing blood flow, there is still a fundamental problem with the marketing of these products that must be addressed.

Any company that makes claims that their cream can in any way increase your size (rather than just improve erection strength) is lying to you.

Therefore, if they are willing to lie to you so blatantly, there’s a high chance that they will also be bending the rules in other areas too.

  • Are the ingredients they claim actually in these creams?
  • Is the cream toxic?
  • Will you even receive the package at all?

It’s difficult to predict when the makers of these products are so well hidden behind fake companies.

If you do decide to try any type of penis cream or lotion, we’d recommend staying away from any supplier who makes claims that seem at all dubious or exaggerated.

How (Might) Penis Enlargement Creams Work

Although I’ve started off this article with a pretty harsh tone towards these companies, I only think it’s fair to give these products a chance by suggesting how they might work since there have been no clinical trials.

Osmosis

The main claim of these brands is that penis creams are absorbed through a biological process called osmosis where a liquid passes through a semi-permeable membrane (such as your skin) and becomes absorbed into the area.

Although osmosis is a well-known biological process, it’s difficult to tell whether or not that absorption through a particular area in your body, such as your penis, will have any effect on that area vs. just being absorbed generally.

With that being said, it’s common to rub arnica oil into certain parts of your body with the aim of relieving aches and pains, so it’s possible that this will have a similar ability to increase blood flow.

Sensual Aromatics

Another plausible way of looking at penis creams is that by they may include certain sensual smells that will induce an erection.

By this logic, you could have a nice candle, diffuser in your room or even some sensual lubrication and achieve the same result.

The Placebo Effect

Lastly, and probably the most plausible of the ways that these creams work is that, if your partner helps apply it, it will result in arousal.

This will subsequently result in an erection and the increase in the size of your penis too.

Now, it’s fair to say that no matter if the result is caused by osmosis, sensual aromatics or even a placebo - if it works, it works.

So, why knock it?

Typical Ingredients

Going forward, let’s assume that osmosis is the method in which penis creams work…

It’s important that you are careful with the ingredients of these creams as some can potentially do you harm.

Dietary and herbal supplements aren’t regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) which means these brands are pretty much free to say whatever they want about their supposed benefits.

Ingredients With Promise

L-Arginine & Pycnogenol

After numerous inclusive studies into the effects of L-Arginine in the late 90s, it was found in 2003 that by adding Pycnogenol(extract from maritime pine bark) to the dose, 92.5% of participants were able to achieve a normal erection after being deemed as having erectile dysfunction.

Note: if you have had a heart attack in the past, L-Arginine is not recommended.

Fenugreek

One study found that the use of fenugreek was able to effectively increase testosterone in a sample of men.

Propionyl-L-carnitine

In multiple clinical trials, propionyl-L-carnitine has been shown to both increase sperm count and mobility, increasing the chances of getting your partner pregnant.

Additionally, it has shown to have a positive impact on erection strength too, albeit in limited trials.

Maca

One study found that the use of Maca could increase sexual function, but the sample size for this study was very limited and suggested that more work needs to be done before drawing any conclusion on its effectiveness.

Yohimbine

The test results from Yohimbine Hydrochloride are promising with a substantial number of participants (65%) in trials noticing an improvement in 3 weeks.

Questionable Ingredients

Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)

Using DHEA supplements can increase your risk of cancer, lower good cholesterol levels, and affect your mental health.

Pregnanolone

There is no research to support the use of pregnanolone in helping with erection strength. Additionally, it may negatively affect your mental health.

Catuaba Bark Extract. 

This ingredient has shown some promise as an antidepressant, but no research has indicated that it has any effect on your ability to achieve an erection

Hawthorn Berry. 

Although hawthorn berry has been known to have some benefit in treating heart disease, it is not proven to help with increasing erection strength. In fact, it has been found that if you take too much, it can cause side effects such as dizziness and nausea.

Citrulline

In a 2011 study, it was found that 50% of participants were able to achieve a harder erection through the use of Citrulline. This was followed up with a 2018 study which added the use of Transresveratrol, however, the results were, again, insignificant enough to warrant any claims of success.

Additionally, in both of these studies, the sample size was very small and further exploration was deemed necessary before any conclusions could be drawn.

Panax (Red) Ginseng

A number of clinical trials have investigated the use of panax (red) ginseng and its effect on men suffering from erectile dysfunction with mixed results. However, a 2013 review by the NHS in the UK refuted the evidence as being unclear.

Gingko Biloba

Although Ginkgo Biloba has become widely popularized through its addition to energy drinks as a way to increase blood flow, the effects are largely unclear.

The closest clinical study available is a 2008 look at how it affected sexual dysfunction in women, however, it was found that sexual therapy played a larger role in the alleviation of symptoms than Gingko Biloba.

Additionally, a Harvard Health study further denounced the use of Gingko Biloba for its use as a sexual stimulant.

Horny Goat Weed

Although its name may sound colorful, there’s no evidence that horny goat weed can affect your sexual performance at all.

Important note: all of the linked studied above have looked at these ingredients through oral consumption, not via the use of creams. There is currently no evidence that applying a cream will affect your erection.

Are These Creams Safe?

Largely, it’s fair to assume that these creams will be harmless.

However, if you’re currently using medication of any kind, you should be aware that the use of penis creams may have side effects.

One way to figure out if you will experience issues is to do a patch test.

This involves the following steps::

  1. Rub a small amount of oil into your forearm.
  2. Cover the area with a bandage.
  3. Wait 24 hours and check for irritation.

If, after the patch test, you show no signs of irritation, it’s a good sign that you can apply it elsewhere. However, make sure to keep the cream well away from your urinary opening.

Additionally, make sure not to use any penis creams without talking to your partner first as it may expose them to allergens that they may not be able to deal with.

Therefore, it’s wise to give them a patch test too before you go ahead and have sex.

  • Temporary solutions that work on erection strength
  • Permanent solutions that increase your size

The reason this distinction needs to be made is that many companies sell their temporary solutions under the guise of being permanent in order to make more sales.

Note: any brand in the temporary category making claims about being permanent size changes should be avoided.

Erection Hardening

Before we get into this topic, I just want to remind you that a lot of products in this industry make outrageous claims and therefore, should be taken with a pinch of salt.

With that in mind, there is a degree of validity to what they are saying, and many of the products do work.

The key issue many men have isn’t that their penis is too small, it’s that they can’t get fully erect. And, as a result, their penis appears smaller than it is.

There are really two causes of erectile dysfunction:

  • Mental problems (excessive porn use / masturbation)
  • A lack of blood flow to the penis.

Most erection dysfunction solutions aim to increase the blood flow in your penis.

Penis Pumps

First up, we’ve got the ‘penis pump’.

You might have seen this device in the film, Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery where Austin gets his bag checked at the airport resulting in an awkward but hilarious moment.

What’s not so funny is that the makers of these devices aren’t telling the whole truth when they say they can increase your penis size.

However, it’s tough to say whether these ingredients are working or whether you just get harder because your partner has used some lubricant and is playing with your penis.

Permanent Options

Penis Surgery

Let’s start with penis enlargement surgery.

As you probably know, most people care about two things when it comes to penis size: length and girth.

Surgeons needed to create two separate procedures to enhance both of these:

First, you’ve got penis lengthening where a surgeon will sever the ligaments connecting the pubic bone and the base of your penis allowing it to drop down a couple of centimetres and appear bigger.

This doesn’t actually increase your size, it just reveals part of your penis that is hidden. And, it is only really noticeable when your penis is flaccid.

There’s also a risk that by cutting too deeply into the ligaments, it can cause your erection to lose its ability to stand up straight - which is kind of important.

The other part of penis enlargement surgery is to do with increasing your girth.

This is achieved by inserting fatty tissues that have been removed from other parts of your body into your penis, making it thicker.

This does work while flaccid and erect, however, be aware that the fatty tissue does tend to get re-absorbed into your body over time.

And, with surgery costs typically being well over $10,000, having a regular top-up doesn’t really make sense.

Especially when you need to take 6 weeks off sex after the procedure.

Unless you are having a mental crisis and need a bigger penis right this instant, then surgery isn’t very appealing.

Penis Stretching

That brings us to our last method which is called penis stretching.

It works by encouraging the cells in your penis to duplicate in a process called ‘cell division’. Which, over time causes your penis to grow in size.

Jelqing

There’s a couple of different versions of penis stretching with the oldest one being called the ‘arabic jelq’ and more recently, just ‘jelqing’.

In this version, you pull on your penis hundreds of times per day in as consistent a motion as possible with the hope that your penis will grow.

The problem with jelqing is that it’s difficult to gauge how much pressure you’re applying.

Sometimes, you can use too much and damage your veins and nerve endings resulting in erectile dysfunction.

Other times, you’ll apply more pressure on one side of your penis and cause it to become curved.

Both of these scenarios - you will obviously want to avoid.

Penis Weights

Some guys became aware of these risks and started coming up with solutions that would reduce the negative effects.

The first attempt at this was called penis weights.

The idea behind these devices is that by attaching weights to your penis and letting them hang, you’ll have more control over the level of tension.

But, there’s a problem.

In 2017, a Swedish man died from penis surgery at just 30-year-old and the world was in shock!

The case report found that the problem was ‘Fatal Fat Embolism’.

This is where fat enters the bloodstream via a vein which results in blockage, resulting in a heart attack.

During the penile elongation procedure, the surgeon has most likely cut into one of the veins, opening up the possibility for foreign bodies to enter. Following this, the girth enlargement procedure’s fatty injection is likely to have leaked into the vein and resulted in contamination.

With around 2 ounces of fatty cells being injected, there was a high risk of complication.

In the case report, it was noted that fat embolism is a “rare, but feared complication” of liposuction and is more common after a traumatic event such as a long bone fracture or orthopaedic surgery (such as spinal surgery or hip replacement).

However, it was noted that because of the pre-traumatized tissue in the region, there was a higher risk.
