Scissor kicks are incredibly effective at blasting that lower belly flab off your body.
To get started just lie on your back with your legs straight and arms by your side and your palms facing down. Lift your legs to a comfortable position, making sure that your back is firmly on the floor. If you notice your back is arching you need to lift your legs higher until it no longer arches.
Bring your legs out to a wide “V” and then bring them in while crossing your right foot over the other. Open them again into a “V” and then bring your left foot over the other.
Repeat while alternating which foot crosses over.
Reverse crunches will work your abdominal muscles hard, resulting in faster results than doing normal crunches.
Lie on the floor with your back flat and your palms facing down. Bring your knees in towards your chest, then raise your hips off the floor and crunch your knees in with your toes reaching towards the ceiling.
Slowly lower your legs back down into the starting position and repeat. Remember to use your core muscles to lift your legs and hips up so that you are correctly working your ab muscles.
Repeat this as many times as possible.
Straight leg raise
A straight leg raise is another exercise that can greatly impact the appearance of your abdomen, give you abdominal cuts and reduce your pubic area fat.
For this position, lay flat on your back with your shoulders and head resting on the floor. Now, lock your knees and straighten your legs.
Place your hands under your butt and point your feet forward. Slowly raise your legs and bring them up to a 45-degree angle (for beginners) and then bring them back to the basic position.

Surgery is very much a last option and doctors will rarely recommend it when losing fat can be achieved naturally.
With that being said, so you know what’s involved, here are the two types of pubic fat reduction surgery that available:
Most people have heard the word ‘liposuction’ before to describe weight loss surgery, but the specifics are rarely described (or well known).
In liposuction, an incision is made into a region of your body and a suction tube is inserted; fat is then removed through the vacuum.
As with any other cosmetic surgery, liposuction is very expensive. “The cost of liposuction typically ranges between from $5,000 and $10,000.
The second procedure is called monsplasty and is actually a pubic lift. It essentially gets rid of any fat deposit or loose skin around your lower abdomen. The procedure is also used to tighten inner muscles for a smaller and leaner bikini area.

“Up to 67% bigger”
Yet, these claims are completely unfounded.
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that by applying a cream or lotion to your penis that it can increase your penis size whatsoever.
Just as with penis enlargement pills, which contain certain vitamins and mineral that can increase blood flow to your penis, resulting in a harder erection for longer, there is a chance that creams may be able to do the same.
However, there has been no clinical trials to suggest that the intake of these vitamins through skin absorption will have any benefit over ingestion.
In the circumstance that these creams did have some benefit in increasing blood flow, there is still a fundamental problem with the marketing of these products that must be addressed…
Any company that makes claims that their cream can in any way increase your size (rather than just improve erection strength) is lying to you.
Therefore, if they are willing to lie to you so blatantly, there’s a high chance that they will also be bending the rules in other areas too.

There’s not a man alive that hasn’t thought about gaining a little more size in the trouser department. With the internet and magazines horking a multitude of different methods to grow a little extra, it’s tough to know what works, what is safe and what is just plain nonsense!

First up, we’ve got the ‘penis pump’.
You might have seen this device in the film, Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery where Austin gets his bag checked at the airport resulting in an awkward but hilarious moment.
What’s not so funny is that the makers of these devices aren’t telling the whole truth when they say they can increase your penis size.
Penis pumps work by creating a vacuum around your penis which increases the blood flow, giving you an erection.
Arguably, an erect penis is bigger than a flaccid one so these companies can technically claim it works. But the truth is, you’re not making any difference to your penis size.
Penis pumps can be an excellent option if you’re suffering from erectile dysfunction, but in terms of helping you increase your size? Not so much.
Penis Enlargement Pills
Next knock-off is…penis pills.
There is no evidence that suggests taking penis supplements and pills will increase your size.
With that being said, some of these pills contain certain ingredients such as Ginseng that can help to overcome erectile dysfunction by improving blood flow to the penis.
Just like penis pumps though, they have no long-term impact on your size.
Last, of the methods that don’t work is penis enlargement creams.
These products talk a big game about increasing your penis size, but the truth is they can do no such thing.
Penis enlargement creams are effectively a lubricant with a few extra ingredients that claim to cause a reaction in your penis and give you a harder erection.
However, it’s tough to say whether these ingredients are working or whether you just get harder because your partner has used some lubricant and is playing with your penis.
Methods that work
Okay, great - we’ve covered off the methods that don’t work.
Now, let’s get into the interesting part: which penis enlargement methods work?
Let’s start with penis enlargement surgery.
As you probably know, most people care about two things when it comes to penis size: length and girth.
Surgeons needed to create two separate procedures to enhance both of these:
First, you’ve got penis lengthening where a surgeon will sever the ligaments connecting the pubic bone and the base of your penis allowing it to drop down a couple of centimetres and appear bigger.
This doesn’t actually increase your size, it just reveals part of your penis that is hidden. And, it is only really noticeable when your penis is flaccid.
There’s also a risk that by cutting too deeply into the ligaments, it can cause your erection to lose its ability to stand up straight - which is kind of important.
The other part of penis enlargement surgery is to do with increasing your girth.
This is achieved by inserting fatty tissues that have been removed from other parts of your body into your penis, making it thicker.
This does work while flaccid and erect, however, be aware that the fatty tissue does tend to get re-absorbed into your body over time.
And, with surgery costs typically being well over $10,000, having a regular top-up doesn’t really make sense.
Especially when you need to take 6 weeks off sex after the procedure.
Unless you are having a mental crisis and need a bigger penis right this instant, then surgery isn’t very appealing.
That brings us to our last method which is called penis stretching.
It works by encouraging the cells in your penis to duplicate in a process called ‘cell division’. Which, over time causes your penis to grow in size.
There’s a couple of different versions of penis stretching with the oldest one being called the ‘arabic jelq’ and more recently, just ‘jelqing’.
In this version, you pull on your penis hundreds of times per day in as consistent a motion as possible with the hope that your penis will grow.
The problem with jelqing is that it’s difficult to gauge how much pressure you’re applying.
Sometimes, you can use too much and damage your veins and nerve endings resulting in erectile dysfunction.
Other times, you’ll apply more pressure on one side of your penis and cause it to become curved.
Both of these scenarios - you will obviously want to avoid.
Some guys became aware of these risks and started coming up with solutions that would reduce the negative effects.
The first attempt at this was called penis weights.
The idea behind these devices is that by attaching weights to your penis and letting them hang, you’ll have more control over the level of tension.
But, there’s a problem.
It’s not exactly easy to wear penis weights and just stand in a stationary position for hours on end.
And, if you move, you’re going to shift the tension so your penis doesn’t get an even pull resulting in the same negative effects you had with Jelqing.
So, penis weights aren’t recommended either.
Now, here’s where penis enlargement actually made a lot of progress…
Around 30 years ago, a device was invented that allowed you to get the precision of jelqing and the consistency of penis weights even whilst you’re moving around.
These devices are called penis extenders.
Basically, you attach one end to the base of your penis and the other to the tip which results in a more constant pressure.
Because that tension is more controlled, you’ll get a steady, but even increase in size without harming yourself.
After these devices started going through clinical trials and seeing positive results, it became clear that this method was a winner.

If you’ve been researching penis enlargement surgery, there’s a fair chance that you may have encountered the case of the 30-year-old Swedish man who died in July of 2017.
Online, there’s been a lot of conjecture about the cause of his death as well as the risks of this type of surgery.
With it being the first case in thousands of operations of this nature where someone has died, it’s worthwhile exploring deeper to help uncover the truth to help men decide if it’s the right type of operation for them.
Through the proliferation of adult films over the last 30 years, men around the world have become much more aware of the size of their penises.
This has led to a trend towards methods of penis enlargement ranging from the absurd to the dangerous.
Of course, surgeons found a way to throw their hat in the ring and earn some money from this trend through a procedure known as penoplasty.
During this operation, two procedures are carried out. One involves the lengthening of the penis by severing a ligament at the pubic bone. The other involves the increase of girth by injection of fatty tissue into the penis itself.

In the case of the Swedish man, his autopsy found that he had no pre-existing health conditions that would indicate that he was particularly susceptible to complications.
Therefore, it was down to the procedure itself that caused his death.
This is where fat enters the bloodstream via a vein which results in blockage, resulting in a heart attack.
During the penile elongation procedure, the surgeon has most likely cut into one of the veins, opening up the possibility for foreign bodies to enter. Following this, the girth enlargement procedure’s fatty injection is likely to have leaked into the vein and resulted in contamination.
With around 2 ounces of fatty cells being injected, there was a high risk of complication.
In the case report, it was noted that fat embolism is a “rare, but feared complication” of liposuction and is more common after a traumatic event such as a long bone fracture or orthopaedic surgery (such as spinal surgery or hip replacement).
However, it was noted that because of the pre-traumatized tissue in the region, there was a higher risk.
