Do you feel like your penis is hidden behind a fat pouch in the male groin area?
Is it stopping the ladies from appreciating your full morning glory?
Is fatty tissue preventing you from giving your partner full penetration?
With over 32% of American men reported to be overweight, you’re not alone.
To help the millions of men out there, we’ve created this guide showing the methods available to reduce your fatty pouch.
What Causes Pubic Area Fat?
Before we jump in and uncover the different methods of fat reduction, it’s worthwhile looking at what caused the problem in the first place. That way, you can discontinue the negative behaviours that are holding you back.
Rapid Weight Gain & Loss
Often, men get caught up in crash diets and weight loss FADs…while these programmes can give you temporary results, the hidden side-effects are rarely spoken about.
Rapid weight loss causes the skin around your abdomen to become flabby and loose. When the programme ends, most men tend to go back to their normal routine and put the weight right back on.
Naturally, the new fat fills up in the flabby area and results in a fatty pouch being created.
Takeaway: if you decide to embark upon a new fitness journey, then don’t just focus on cardio, make sure you build strength & make sure you keep it up too!
Stress & Anxiety
It’s been common knowledge for many years that when you get stressed or anxious, your body will release a hormone called cortisol.
However, very few people are aware that the release of cortisol actually encourages the body to store fat in the abdominal area. This is due to your body triggering a fight or flight response and attempting to save energy for a later date.
Unfortunately, if you get stressed on a regular basis, it can lead to a significant increase in fat levels around your abdominal area.
By far, the easiest way to reduce your stress levels is to get into a routine of having an early night of sleep. This will help you feel more organised and in control of your day, resulting in less cortisol production.
Pubic Fat Reduction Methods
Change Your Diet
As most physical trainers will attest, changing your body starts in the kitchen.
Now, it goes without saying that - to lose weight - you’re going to need to eat fewer calories.
However, there are some types of food that will give you an added boost on your way to getting rid of your fatty pouch…
Foods Rich In Vitamin C
If you’re someone who tends to get stressed on a regular basis, then increasing your Vitamin C intake may be the answer to your problems.
Recent studies have shown that sources of Vitamin C can help to control the release of cortisol; resulting in less energy storage and therefore, a reduced fatty pouch.
Here are a few foods with a high concentration of Vitamin C:
Yellow bell peppers
Green leafy vegetables (especially kale)
Citrus fruits (especially oranges)
Berries (especially strawberries)
Foods Rich In Omega 3
Another cortisol regulating substance is Omega 3. Studies have shown that you can significantly reduce your stress levels through the consumption of fish oil (rich in Omega 3).
“After three weeks of a diet supplemented with n-3 fatty acids, the stimulation by mental stress of plasma epinephrine, cortisol, energy expenditure, and plasma non-esterified fatty acids concentrations, were all significantly blunted,” the study revealed.
Here are a number of foods rich in Omega 3 that you may want to try:
Widely used amongst people with diabetes, cinnamon is an effective way to regulate your insulin levels.
The problem with having too much insulin is that it can lead to fatty deposits and result in a build up in your abdomen area.
The easiest way to add cinnamon to your diet is to put it to your tea.
Avoid Refined Foods
Understandably, this is a big ask, but it does go a long way in helping you to get rid of those fatty areas.
Why is it so important? Well, there are two reasons, actually.
Firstly, through the refining process, a lot of the nutrients get removed, making your meals less healthy!
Secondly, refined flours and sugars often get added to these foods in order to make them bulkier and tastier (without them, they’d be disgusting).
When you just cram empty calories down your throat, not only is your body going feel more sluggish, there’s a high chance that it could result in inflammation in your intestines, resulting in more of a fatty pouch too.
Instead, opt for fresh green vegetables, fruits, and zero-refined food and sugars.
Try replacing pre-packaged goods with things you take with you. Rather than a chocolate bar for a snack, go with some almonds or cashews, which satiate you better and don’t have any sugars in.
Reduce Your Alcohol Consumption
Although this category could technically come under ‘refined foods’, few people realise the importance of reducing their alcohol consumption in fighting belly fat.
All alcoholic beverages are essentially empty calories that do nothing for the body, killing protein and metabolising as pure sugar as the kidney breaks it down.
Beer is the worst offenders here, as it has many simple sugars that add to the overall caloric content.
If you have to go out boozing with the lads, drink vodka or tequila as these have the lowest in terms of calories.
Try swapping a glass of water after each drink too. This has a double effect of taking in fewer calories and also helping to stimulate the metabolism and burn some of those calories with the water. Plus, it helps you avoid any hangovers you might experience the day after.
Finally, we get onto exercise. It’s an obvious one, but it only works if you make it a regular habit.
By combining the exercises we’re going to show you with an increased level of daily activity, you’ll get rid of your fatty pouch in no time!
Scissor kicks are incredibly effective at blasting that lower belly flab off your body.
To get started just lie on your back with your legs straight and arms by your side and your palms facing down. Lift your legs to a comfortable position, making sure that your back is firmly on the floor. If you notice your back is arching you need to lift your legs higher until it no longer arches.
Bring your legs out to a wide “V” and then bring them in while crossing your right foot over the other. Open them again into a “V” and then bring your left foot over the other.
Repeat while alternating which foot crosses over.
Reverse crunches will work your abdominal muscles hard, resulting in faster results than doing normal crunches.
Lie on the floor with your back flat and your palms facing down. Bring your knees in towards your chest, then raise your hips off the floor and crunch your knees in with your toes reaching towards the ceiling.
Slowly lower your legs back down into the starting position and repeat. Remember to use your core muscles to lift your legs and hips up so that you are correctly working your ab muscles.
Repeat this as many times as possible.
A leg raise is another exercise that can greatly impact the appearance of your abdomen, give you abdominal cuts and reduce your pubic area fat.
For this position, lay flat on your back with your shoulders and head resting on the floor. Now, lock your knees and straighten your legs.
Place your hands under your butt and point your feet forward. Slowly raise your legs and bring them up to a 45-degree angle (for beginners) and then bring them back to the basic position.
Repeat this for about 15 times and include it into your circuit if you can. Take a look at the video to better understand this position.
Pubic Fat Surgery
Surgery is very much a last option and doctors will rarely recommend it when losing fat can be achieved naturally.
With that being said, so you know what’s involved, here are the two types of pubic fat reduction surgery that available:
Most people have heard the word ‘liposuction’ before to describe weight loss surgery, but the specifics are rarely described (or well known).
In liposuction, an incision is made into a region of your body and a suction tube is inserted; fat is then removed through the vacuum.
As with any other cosmetic surgery, liposuction is very expensive. “The cost of liposuction typically ranges between from $5,000 and $10,000.
The second procedure is called monsplasty and is actually a pubic lift. It essentially gets rid of any fat deposit or loose skin around your lower abdomen. The procedure is also used to tighten inner muscles for a smaller and leaner bikini area.
Usually, this is a follow up to a tummy tuck, but it can be done individually as well.
However, the procedure may cost you anything between $5,500 and $7,500.
Once your pubic fat area is gone either naturally or surgically, you need to make sure that you continue to eat a healthy diet and exercise on a regular basis. Only this can keep all that unwanted fat away.
Hopefully, this guide has helped to direct you on the right track to losing your fatty pouch and reveal your hidden penis.
Unfortunately, losing weight in this area can only help you so much as your penis won’t actually increase in size, more will be just revealed.
If you want to learn about the most popular types of penis enlargement, then just click here.
For thousands of years, men have been trying to extend the length of their penises using all sorts of contraptions.
Interestingly though, it’s penis weights that seem to get the most attention, flying in the face of warnings from authoritative voices such as the UK’s NHS.
Do they work though or are they just a myth? That’s what we’ll be uncovering today.
The idea behind penis stretching is that by gradually stretching the cells in your body, it will cause them to tear and, therefore, duplicate in a process called mitosis.
Over time, the duplication of millions of cells results in the growth of the region of the body that you have been focusing on.
Penis weights work by attaching to the tip of your penis and hanging whilst in a standing position allowing the pressure of gravity to be applied.
The weights come in a range of different levels with the idea that you will start on a lower weight class and work up to heavier classes as your penis gradually increases and you get used to the tension levels.
Do They Work?
Unfortunately, there have been no clinical trials on the use of penis hangers. However, there have been testing done on the use of penis extenders which work in a similar manner and they were proven to get results.
When you combine this with the fair amount of anecdotal information online from people who use penis hangers on a regular basis, it can only be assumed that penis hangers work too.
While the answer you are probably looking for is an emphatic yes, unfortunately penis weights only work slightly. In fact, the amount of risk you will undergo in order to learn first hand, “Do penis weights work?” might even outweigh the potential benefits!
Penis enlargement weights can, and should, help increase the length and girth of your penis. But like I mentioned before, the process will only work if done correctly. Your penis is made of a sponge-like tissue that expands with blood. Not only does your penis lack the proper amount of muscle needed for significant penis girth and length gains, but hanging heavy penis enlargement weights from it can cause serious, permanent damage to your favorite organ.
In summary, to answer the question “Do penis weights work?”, I would have to go with a strong maybe, but only when done properly. Pros & Cons
You Can Easily Log Your Results — Unlike with regular penis enlargement exercises, penis weights exercises can be done in a very controlled manor i.e. you can easily tell when your body is ready to increase resistance (like working out any other body part). Pro tip: Keep a journal and log your results there.
Penis Weights Are Hands Free — Once the penis weights are strapped on tight, you are free to use your hands for other tasks.
Requires Consistency — If you do not use your penis weights daily (perhaps every other day), you are likely to just get a stronger penis, not a longer and wider penis.
Requires Privacy — Unless you think nobody on the subway will notice that you have a dumbbell hanging between your legs.
There’s A Major Injury Risk — Penises are generally not programmed to perform these kinds of penis exercises, especially if you are a beginner! If you concerned about the potential risks associated with using penis weights, I recommend you check out my master list of penis exercises for length and girth instead.
Issues With Penis Weights
Although some people swear by their use, there’s a valid reason for authoritative government websites to warn against them.
You see, if you hang these weights to the end of your penis, then there’s a fairly high chance that the weight distribution will be uneven.
This means that even though the device is technically working, the issue becomes more about possible complications.
There have been numerous comments from men who have tried penis weights and ended up with a curved penis. Some have even suffered nerve damage in their penis, preventing them from getting the same pleasure levels as before.
It’s easy to get sucked in by claims made by penis enlargement cream companies.
A few years ago, it was easy to tell the difference between a scam website and a legitimate company, but now, that line has become terribly blurred.
Flicking through Google Adverts for ‘penis enlargement cream’, you’ll come across some pretty slick sales pitches that promise:
“Add inches to your penis size”
“The cream that enlarges your penis”
“Up to 67% bigger”
Yet, these claims are completely unfounded.
The Truth About Penis Enlargement Cream
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that by applying a cream or lotion to your penis that it can increase your penis size whatsoever.
Just as with penis enlargement pills, which contain certain vitamins and minerals that can, indeed, increase blood flow to your penis, resulting in a harder erection for longer, there is a chance that creams may be able to do the same.
However, there has been no clinical trials to suggest that the intake of these vitamins through skin absorption will have any benefit over ingestion.
In the circumstance that these creams did have some benefit in increasing blood flow, there is still a fundamental problem with the marketing of these products that must be addressed.
Any company that makes claims that their cream can in any way increase your size (rather than just improve erection strength) is lying to you.
Therefore, if they are willing to lie to you so blatantly, there’s a high chance that they will also be bending the rules in other areas too.
Are the ingredients they claim actually in these creams?
Are they creams toxic?
It’s difficult to predict when the makers of these products are so well hidden behind fake companies.
If you do decide to try any type of penis cream or lotion, we’d recommend staying away from any supplier who makes claims that seem at all dubious or exaggerated.
If you’d like to read a breakdown of the most popular penis enlargement methods, we’ve put together a guide.
If you’ve been researching penis enlargement surgery, there’s a fair chance that you may have encountered this case. In 2017, a Swedish man dies from penis surgery at just 30-year-old and the world was in shock!
Online, there’s been a lot of conjecture about the cause of his death as well as the risks of this type of surgery.
With it being the first case in thousands of operations of this nature where someone has died, it’s worthwhile exploring deeper to help uncover the truth to help men decide if it’s the right type of operation for them.
Through the proliferation of adult films over the last 30 years, men around the world have become much more aware of the size of their penises.
This has led to a trend towards methods of penis enlargement ranging from the absurd to the dangerous.
Of course, surgeons found a way to throw their hat in the ring and earn some money from this trend through a procedure known as penoplasty.
During this operation, two procedures are carried out. One involves the lengthening of the penis by severing a ligament at the pubic bone. The other involves the increase of girth by injection of fatty tissue into the penis itself.
This is where fat enters the bloodstream via a vein which results in blockage, resulting in a heart attack.
During the penile elongation procedure, the surgeon has most likely cut into one of the veins, opening up the possibility for foreign bodies to enter. Following this, the girth enlargement procedure’s fatty injection is likely to have leaked into the vein and resulted in contamination.
With around 2 ounces of fatty cells being injected, there was a high risk of complication.
In the case report, it was noted that fat embolism is a “rare, but feared complication” of liposuction and is more common after a traumatic event such as a long bone fracture or orthopaedic surgery (such as spinal surgery or hip replacement).
However, it was noted that because of the pre-traumatized tissue in the region, there was a higher risk.
